We stayed 8 nights at the Triada and had a wheelchair-friendly Casita suite. All over all the hotel was a great experience. Very casual atmosphere, well maintained property, the room was just great with a fully equipped kitchen including. a real 2-door fridge with ice maker. There is nothing more what you can expect. Also a nice location to explore local stores and restaurants. So this was February and we had extremely good weather the hotel was clearly not fully booked. This property is definitely older, so keep that in mind as it shows its age in places. That being said, it’s absolutely gorgeous! I felt like I was in Tuscany! The staff was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the restaurant hours were supposed to be until 10 PM. We came back from the BNP Paribas Open 8:30 PM and they had already closed the restaurant. Pretty disappointing. Fortunately you’re in walking distance of a lot of nice restaurants.

I had a wonderful time at the Triada Hotel in Palm Springs. The property is beautifully designed and has such a charming, quaint atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. One of my favorite parts was the location — it’s right off the main shopping street, so I could easily walk to boutiques, restaurants, and everything Palm Springs has to offer. I stayed here for 6 nights and had a fantastic stay. The staff was absolutely lovely. Front desk, cleaning crew, and valet. The rooms were amazing I had the one with the kitchen. The location is perfect and very walkable . The cushions at the pool are very comfortable. I look forward to my next stay here!

All the staff was wonderful here. We really enjoyed our upgraded Queen Casita with a full kitchen directly across from the pool! We stayed here a few years ago and the remodel made a big difference.
