The Triada Palm Springs is a stunning historical landmark hotel. It has multiple buildings and pools to admire. It’s well taken care of and shows a good balance between renovated rooms for modern convenience and the historic charm of the property. I wish I could rave about the customer service to match that of the property but that is where this stay fell short. Upon arriving at Triada, I had just experienced the worst travel day of my life. After checking out of two different hotels due to horrible service and unacceptable conditions during a 112-degree heat wave, I arrived at Triada nearly in tears. We stayed 8 nights at the Triada and had a wheelchair-friendly Casita suite. All over all the hotel was a great experience. Very casual atmosphere, well maintained property, the room was just great with a fully equipped kitchen including. a real 2-door fridge with ice maker. There is nothing more what you can expect. Also a nice location to explore local stores and restaurants. So this was February and we had extremely good weather the hotel was clearly not fully booked. Our overnight stay at Hotel Triada Palm Springs this weekend was more than just a stop along the way to Los Angeles. It became a peaceful and comforting part of honoring my mom’s memory with my dad. The staff did not let us down. Danielle went out of her way to ensure our accommodations felt calm, comfortable, and caring during an emotional weekend. The staff were very nice. My room was by a metal gate, which woke me up all night as people were coming and going. Very loud. Room service was nonexistent. Restaurant service was very slow and I had to ask for help multiple times. Lots of valet parking but only street parking for none paid. I had to park down the street and walk. Not ideal. I was very disappointed. I would not stay here again.
