We love this hotel so much—comfortable and sweet and cozy. Danielle and Jessica are such sweethearts and it’s always a pleasure to see them when we walk in the front door. Oh and housekeeping is exceptional! Also: great location. This is by far our favorite marriot property and we look forward to seeing you all again soon!

As someone who travels frequently, I genuinely wanted to like the Triada. The location is good, the Spanish-inspired architecture is charming, and the grounds have that classic desert-boutique appeal. Unfortunately, the room experience told a very different—and very disappointing—story. This hotel is in a great location to downtown Palm Springs. Totally unique place. Walked I. Think g the rooms would be super small because it was an older property revamped. Not the case. The staff were super nice and helpful. They each had their main job but they seemed to lend a hand out to the other staff members who might have been a little busier. Excellent location, walkable to restaurants without being too close to the noise/ nightlife. The front desk staff is kind and helpful! Our only complaint was the loud air conditioning unit in our room, seemed outdated. Thanks for a lovely stay! PS the music playing in the background is so charming! Thank you!

This is a stunning hotel in Palm Springs with beautiful views of palm trees. Located in the heart of the city’s Movie Colony district, the hotel is close to the Palm Springs airport. My husband stayed here recently and loved it. Another beautiful Autograph Collection hotel by Marriott.
