Horrible! nothing but run around and problems with this small community bank. For those looking to avoid some of the pitfalls of large banks, don't bother with this one. They made our group come in 3 times over the course of a year to change one person on a account. to top it off, they were unapologetic for all the non-sense and grief they put everyone through. I'm sad to report that this specific branch SUCKS! I used to work for Tri Counties in Yuba City Goodness I loved this bank and their values based on the training they send their staff to at the corporate office! This branch DOES NOT withhold that standards and values. I went in for a simple request (I have an account there) I was given the run around. North Valley Bank in Woodland SUCKS AND I HOPE YOU BOYCOT THEM. I went in there today and desperately needed change for $100 bill so that I could pay the Yolo DA's office next door. The bank, which was complete empty of customers and had at least 5 employees visible claimed that they could not break my bill if I were not a customer. So much for being a small town friendly neighborhood bank. No excuse, you suck and I hope you go out of business.
