Really bad experience today ! I went with my friend today to cash 2 checks , 30 minutes later she tried to make a payment but her card got decline ! We went back to the same bank . The employees made her feels like she was the one who withdraw that amount of money out of her bank but she didn’t ! They asked who was the teller who did her transactions ,we told who it was .At the very end the teller who cashed my friends checks she ”Accidentally” withdraw $380 from her account How is that possible ?
Rich is a very good man he is the only person in that bank that truly knows me I would've left the bank but I am glad that he was there to help me I am beyond thankful crying in tears of joy your amazing!!!! I won't ever for get this experience
Seems like online banking is a joke never works for me then I have to take time out of my day to call each time I get locked out.
