We are new to town, and at the suggestion of our realtor contacted Tri Counties as a local bank. We are so glad we did!! The new accts banker, Dylan Behnke, was extremely helpful and kind. I had the pleasure to work with Dylan Behnke and Crystal O'Brien at the Mangrove branch. I had some challenges with a delicate subject and when I was finally put in touch with these two STARS it was fantastic. They more than met my needs and made it clear on all the paperwork and process. I highly recommend them. Dylan is a banker and Crystal is a manager and together in the same location is a gift . Tri counties bank loves to play games with customers accounts. They also make up their own rules at different branches. Mangrove is the worst bank in Chico out the Tri Counties banks. I haven’t had problems at east ave or pilsbury branches. From this branch incompetence and inept service I will be taking my elsewhere because if banks start playing games with your money then that bank can’t be trusted!

I have always received great customer service for the many years I’ve been a Tri-Counties customer, and today two of the employees at the Mangrove branch in Chico, CA were exceptionally pleasant, professional and helpful with some very involved matters. The young man who was the teller who helped me (didn’t get his name) was patient and friendly as he helped me do multiple things including figuring out if I had deposited some checks electronically or not. I just want to say that I have never had good experience coming into the mangrove branch, Neither has my husband. We have always both felt like they were too busy for us and they're very snooty. I have never felt that it was significant enough poor service to leave a review but after yesterday I sure do so… When I called panicking about a bank levy that was complete fraud which had been placed on my account I was told by a representative that "there's a 1-800 number for that and that they were too swamped and couldn't help ... read more
