Christopher C. was very helpful, & accommodating at the Hilltop Branch. He was professional, welcoming, & the set up process was very straight forward. Christopher answered all of my questions, & made sure I was taken care of. The teller was also very nice, & speedy. I highly recommend speaking with Christopher C. regarding your banking needs.

My debit card expired, I went in to get a temporary card and was disappointed with my experience. Tony was my representative and I would not recommend his customer service to anyone, very rude and unprofessional. I’ve had Tri Counties for years and I’m glad to say this experience has convinced me to switch banks.

I very specifically asked for a savings account to be opened and this woman opened a checking account instead. I figured she just wasn't paying attention until she did it a second time for another account I needed to open. I caught it that time and made her fix it. No apology, in fact I got attitude from her. Not sure if this behavior was caused due to a bonus program for reps who open new checking accounts, or what, but the service was trash. They badmouthed my mother behind her back, because she wanted some rolls of change... read more
