The Yreka Branch is AMAZING!! They have the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever dealt with in the 25 years we have been in business. They always go above and beyond in their customer service to assist us with our financial needs for our business. A 5 STAR banking experience!!!
I went into the bank today ,to pay back some money that is owed to them ...I was treated very rude by a person name Kristen ...I've never been treated badly by anybody in that bank really ...I'm very disappointed that I can't even pay a bill I owe you ..what that girls probl em is I have no idea ...God bless !! I've been banking here at this branch for 3+ years. I've been with tri counties 10+ years. This branch is RUDE. I NEVER leave here feeling good about my business and for how often i frequent they still dont recognize me. no matter what, even if i hand them a deposit slip they still ask me if i bank with them... it is frustrating. i sent my wife to the drive through to deposit a check for me and she came home telling me to close the account because of how rudely they treated her. Terrible customer service!!! Bank elsewhere!!!
We have been trying to buy a home for the last 6 months. We are down to the last pieces and one of the CSR yesterday was horrible. She didn't resist telling me "We have told you before, we can't help you anymore." She was very rude. If it wasn't for this open loan, I would have ended my membership at this bank yesterday. I will be canceling my involvement with this bank as soon as this is over. Don't even consider this bank if you want a bank to be helpful when you are "buying a house"
Went in to cash my check and deposit the cash into my checking account and I have never had problems in Redding and I currently on a vacation. They was extremely rude. I never treat like that in a bank!
