Went to drive through to deposit and Very rude and unprofessional American lady very bad service. I have Never experience service from Tri county branch in other places like this first time experience in Willows Ca Tri County Bank . Hope agent reads this and really make sure who they hire 2024 .

My earlier review was deleted. This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. I've been disappointed so many times by Tri Counties. I can't even pay my bills on time because their system shuts down randomly. Nothing worse than having money and not being able to access it. I can't speak to an agent for help. I feel played choosing this banking company. Lost all trust for Tri Counties Bank.

This bank is my home bank. In my recent past I had problems with intities subtracting from my account and tri c resolved and fixed the issues quickly. Love them!

Awful. I can't find anyone to stop payment on a check. Shouldn't there always be a hotline for fraud and stop payment? These guys are strictly amateur.
