A truly wonderful branch! Everybody there is kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. I started my first bank account here and they made sure it was a smooth, quick, and simple process. Thanks for making handling money less of a chore and more of a delight 🤗 Five stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I understand that banks have policies set in place for depositing checks, etc. I was told I couldn't deposit a check, which is fine. The policy makes sense, but the clerk was rude and borderline combative towards me. I was trying to ask questions to understand what my options were, but was met with hostility. She was really unhelpful, seems maybe she was having a bad day.

I went in to cash a check and I noticed a flyer out for long term CDs. Sat down with Eddie and ended up getting a whole bunch of stuff figured out that reduced my mortgage by $200/month. I work 50-60 hours per week. So I’m super busy. Eddie was super patient with me. He did the perfect amount of follow up. I never felt pressured. And his attitude was contagious. He genuinely cares! Give that man a raise!

Literally the worst bank I've dealt with in the wake of the Camp Fire. For a community bank to be so unhelpful during a crisis is mind-blowing. Not only did they put unnecessary holds on funds, they were unwilling to make simple concessions, like raising the daily spending limit when I needed to purchase thousands of dollars worth of new home items. Wells Fargo, despite having a bad reputation before this, was wonderful and went out of their way to be understanding and helpful. Tri Counties had endless hoops to jump through.... read more
