I walked in and asked a couple questions about creating a savings account and was greeted with amazing friendly customer service. Their offices were cleaned and even their bathrooms. I definitely don’t regret my decision choosing to bank with them!
The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time and answered all of our questions patiently. She even went over and above by printing something for us on letterhead. Looking forward to the next time I need to go in to do some in person banking.
Loved my experience with the ladies there and even with their better than most other banks hours, they actually stayed an hour late to get my transaction done. Great job Tri Counties Bank!!!
According to the Eagle City Mobile Home Estates Manager Kathie DiSalvi...there has been a breach of at least 17 rent checks dated and cashed into the Eagle City Account from 2014. These checks were already cashed in 2014 from each resident and then again cashed causing many residence to have their accounts overdrawn, transactions declined and having to close their in good standing accounts. Per my personal conversation with Ms. DiSalvi...she is blaming this on Tri Counties Bank.
