The customer service at this bank is amazing. All of their staff is so friendly! I went to talk to Kimberly about a new account and she was very, very helpful It’s nice to have a local community based bank in our town
Would NOT recommend A very disappointing branch From being turned away because they don’t know how to use their computers and cannot see that I am on the accounts I am trying to access (only to be called while I was driving home, saying that they figured out how to use their computers and asking me to come back in) to being nickel and dime’d over fees that should have been disclosed. I really like NOT banking with non-local banks. Tri Counties does a great job and Letecia has been in the branch for 20 years I am guessing. I WISH they could hold onto their tellers because it is so much nicer when you have a relationship with those folks that goes back some years. I think they do a good job of supporting the community both directly and indirectly.
