Estabon, the branch manager was very courteous and positive! He helped me with exactly what I needed without skipping a beat! Highly recommend to visit this location. -Marcello

Tellers are all great but the manager spent a good 15 minutes giving me the hard sell to switch service while I repeatedly told him I am not interested & in a hurry. He would not listen. I was getting coin rolls, I didn't want to be in there for 20 minutes talking to this guy.

I have been with Tricounties bank for around 5 years. I opened my account at the Penn Valley branch. They were very courteous and friendly. I have since moved to Chico and changed my branch to the Pillsbury Rd location. Since I have moved I have had bad experiences. I have found them to be unfriendly and unaccommodating. Good customer service doesn't require that you are accommodating but it does mean you need to be courteous.

Yet to have a problem with TriCounties, I've been using them for a few good years now. When my card was compromised they were quick to freeze the account and return the money to me, as well as I got my new card pretty quickly too. Staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I have to go into the bank in person as well.

There simply is not another bank that provides individual support and personal attention to its customers. The branch manager Randy at Tri Counties on Pilsbury exemplifies the level.of service that extends far beyond what anyone could expect .
