If I could put 0 stars I would. I have been banking with Tri Counties and never had any complaints until now. BEWARE of fake $100. I thought that I could trust a bank since out of all places they should check their money but the bank gave me fake money and the police took it away because I tried to use it at walmart. I went and told them what happened, gave them the claim number the police gave me and they said they would call the police and once confirmed they would deposit the $100. I'VE NEVER had such GREAT service, with good character and wonderful respect in ANY BANK in my life as that which I find to be 'the norm' at EVERY Tricounties branch I've used, for the past four years {I believe it's been that long?} I would be happy to recommend this banking institution to EVERYONE! Mostly happy with Tri counties. I go to the Raley's branch on East Ave. mostly. No complaints. Friendly, helpful tellers.
