If I could put 0 stars I would. I have been banking with Tri Counties and never had any complaints until now. BEWARE of fake $100. I thought that I could trust a bank since out of all places they should check their money but the bank gave me fake money and the police took it away because I tried to use it at walmart. I went and told them what happened, gave them the claim number the police gave me and they said they would call the police and once confirmed they would deposit the $100. I find that if I go to this banking location early afternoon between 1 pm and 3 pm it's easy in and out. If you go after 3 or later it's crazy busy
Ryan and his team were very flexible with me and my wife as we set up new accounts. We have been using them for a year plus now with now issues!
