Update April 15th the "manager" gave me her personal cell number to help with my account issues promising things would be fixed. IT HAS BEEN WEEEEEEKS NO REPLY NADA. I still can't transfer funds. The ATM ate $200 and my Card before then they "had no records" thank God I record and keep all my receipts. I have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES I have multiple accounts and I still can't transfer money. Good FDIC Insured Bank Not one of the huge powerful scary 😱 Banks that don't know your name, but consider you as just another account number. Checking & Savings accounts are pretty standard, credit cards are run of the mill and quite easy to get. I give them only a 4 🌟 because they will charge you a $2.95 fee to access money from an ATM if your not a customer. Even tried calling customer service phone number and they stood firm on charging me the fee. That was a real bummer.
Very personable tellers. I love being able to call a local number (not an 800 number call center) and talk to a real person in any TriCounties bank. No bank is perfect. I've used numerous banks over the last 25 years and have also have worked in banking. They are hands down the best bank I've used!
Drive up atm Never works. Walk up Atm never works. Inconvenient to have a bank where the ATMs never work especially if you can't get to the bank before it closes. Every time I go to take money out the ATM is not working. Very frustrated with this Bank would not recommend to anyone. Just went today and yet again ATM isn't working. After the first of the year I will be switching banks. Never had a problem when it was North Valley!
It's the Holiday. I've cashed my sons x - mas check from his grandmother every year for 22 years. He's disabled. Now they decided they wont cash it. Thank you for a lovely Christmas Eve surprise. I WILL BE CHANGING BANKS. NO MORE BUSINESS CHECKING WITH TRI COUNTIES.
