Constant problems. Our business tried to make it work for about four years, but there is constant trouble accessing funds, receiving correct checks (more than once!), accessing functioning ATMs, and much more. The staff is kind, but it feels disorganized and nothing happens smoothly. I wondered if I was the problem, but I was at my personal bank recently and they have had many accts transfer/transferring. Can't recall ever having a bad experience with them... they're great. They even caught fraud on a Google account of mine and saved me a lot of money when for some reason Google itself couldn't identify or care less about it. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Called Mr. S Hunt after hours because i was panicking over a potential identity theft problem. He called me back before the following business day and helped me work out a plan and checked on my account for me. He was also the same employee who helped me start my account and got me out in a timely manner. Give this man a raise or some recognition!
