Good morning. I love this bank and all of the sweet workers. I've been staying in Sacramento with my daughter now due to health issues of my own, but I still think about the staff here often. I sent them some magazines recently for their slow times during the day, hopefully it will bring them joy. Great, Professional local bank. Well located, homey yet professional feel to it. Happy and discreet professional staff always willing to go the extra mile. Service is impeccable and the management are top notch. If you don't like the institutional feel of the bigger banks in town and you want to stay with our "buy local" campaign then this is the bank for you. My boss uses it, my mother, and most of my friends who own local farms, business and rental real estate in the County.
My first 1-star review, and sadly it is well deserved. I think it would be beneficial for the tellers working here to train at the Brunswick branch to learn a thing or two about good customer service. Tellers should not be rolling their eyes at customers, it is unprofessional and inappropriate! I am very disappointed with my latest experience here.
This has been hands down, the WORST banking experience I have ever encountered. They neglected to set up access for my online account (which THEY have to do) so I have NO access to my business funds at all. They KNEW my payroll was going to be due. They promised me for *3* days they I would get access. I finally recieved access only after jumping through 4 different people and a bunch of broken promises. I have been w Tri Counties bank for hmm 7 to 8 yrs now for the last 6yrs have been using the Neal St. branch GV.
