Very professional, I opened my business account 2 years ago and have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at the branch. Not to mention, the fresh baked cookies are a plus.

I had the best experience.. Leah Devecchio was sooo helpful with my 1st time ever making an escrow payment.. she had all the answers to all my questions and was also very funny. She even makes some amazing cookies which was the cherry on top to my experience!!!!

Worst experiences ever at a bank. Unprofessional and behind the times. No digital presence. Won't use or take digital california id which is good everywhere(Airports/TSA). Won't take new passport cards either(Passport), and will only take a driver's license as if those can't be forged. Won't cash or honor checks written by their very own customers/businesses half the time, and the other half will try to find something "wrong" with their checks(don't like the signature) and proceed to call the business in front of you and ask... read more

These girls are seriously the best. I’ve bank at different banks before and the customer service here doesn’t compare. As long as these Paulina & Mary works at Tri Counties I will continue business with them. They are always working quickly, I’m always in and out. Thank you girls for always being so kind & friendly.

I will never bank with this bank again horrible customer service specially from Paulina one of the supervisors. No wonder why this branch has horrible reviews.
