I'm severely disappointed in the quality of service I received over the weekend. I travel to Vegas & miss placed my wallet. It took me 6 tries to get through & finally speak to a representative to cancel my card & reorder a new one. I was then told there was no way for them to order it and I needed to call back on Monday. This was hard to believe that they could not even send an email or some sort of communication to contact the correct persons to reorder. I've always had really good service from this branch. The employees are friendly and have been efficient. Tri-county banks has generally been good for me.
I have enjoyed using this bank for the last 2 years, this place gives you that hometown feel with excellent customer service. The staff are consistently friendly and professional.
Felicia,Sean,and Inez were very kind and helpful when I opened an account.I recommend the Modesto branch highly.If I could give six stars I would.💯
The manager, Jennifer, is completely rude and an overall horrible human being. I had multiple issues where my money went missing and the staff were a bunch of whiners for having to fix their own mistakes. I hope this bank goes out of business soon and the manager becomes unemployed like she deserves
