I've always had really good service from this branch. The employees are friendly and have been efficient. Tri-county banks has generally been good for me.
I have enjoyed using this bank for the last 2 years, this place gives you that hometown feel with excellent customer service. The staff are consistently friendly and professional.

The manager, Jennifer, is completely rude and an overall horrible human being. I had multiple issues where my money went missing and the staff were a bunch of whiners for having to fix their own mistakes. I hope this bank goes out of business soon and the manager becomes unemployed like she deserves
