I don't like the idea of being forced into something that I don't want. I couldn't access my account unless I agreed to either receive a text message or phone call everytime I make a transaction, seriously? I don't want this but you don't give that option as a result I have no online access to my account of 20yrs! maybe I should start looking for another bank :(
