This is my bank. They are ALL super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond for me all the time. My Sons dad also banks there. He never has any issues. I will definitely keep banking here. Also thank you for everyone who always is so positive when I come in. Never rude.
If you get put on a brief hold... Mite as well hang up. IV been trying3 days to stop a transaction( auto pay )from going threw an still can't seem to speak with anyone. Don't matter the time. Always on hold.

Went in to open second account....greeted by friendly tellers as i walked in...upon entry i noticed how clean and organized the whole space was...no wait at all, assuming it was slow at this time n i timed it right lol...was taken into the branch managers office...a quick n painless 15 min later i walked out with new acct open, my temp debit card and time to run more errands before wrk.
