I typically have good experiences with this bank but this time I did not. I spoke with May about getting a replacement card sent to me because my card expired. However, I spoke with Angelina back in August when she called and said my replacement card had been returned due to an outdated address. I updated my address at that time and was told a new card would be sent to me. I never received said card. Tried to open up a business account at this branch and the customer relations manager was extremely rude and constantly looking at her cell phone the entire time so I took my business to Redding.
Always an easy, and helpful experience here. I truly appreciate all of the staff here.
