A few days ago, I wrote a highly critical review of this branch of Tri Counties bank, did so in detail, and was surprised when representatives from administration and the local branch contacted me to get further details--and did so with the goal of improvement, listening carefully and giving plenty of feedback from their viewpoints. I have been banking with Tri Counties Bank since 1999. It was my grandmothers choice in banks in the town of Red Bluff, so I went there when I opened a checking account. I have had all types of experiences with them, most of them have been very satisfactory... and the good definitely outweighs the bad. I have never had a teller be impolite or rude and understand that rotation of tellers does happen. They went above and beyond when my sons account got hacked. Used to be a good bank until they changed their hours after Covid. Horrible customer service. Definitely go to Chase across the street, save yourself the headaches that this branch provides. Update: Tried to pull out $6000 to purchase a jet ski, was told they could only give me $3000. What a joke! It’s my money. This branch just keeps getting worse and worse.

The attitude of the employees, from the manager to the tellers, is always cordial and extremely helpful.
