I use this bank for 4 business accounts. Every time I come I have to plan to wait at least 15 minutes for a teller to assist me. Meanwhile, at least two workers are sitting at desks and doing nothing to minimize the wait time. Do better! You are not communicating that you care about or respect your customers. Once I reach a teller, they are kind and helpful.
