I moved here from a different city and found out that there were only 3 Tri Counties locations in Sacramento, so I have to trek downtown if I need to go to the bank itself. There were times I've thought about changing because it would just be more convenient, But, with a capital B, the customer service is ridiculous., every interaction Ive ever had (I'm like, 10 yeara in) with the tellers & managers, alike, has been amazing. Bank is very delayed with updating as if a charge is pending and I transfer finds from my cash app ect I will still receive a over draft charge even tho payment was transferred same day as transaction. I have been to the bank multiple times, and they reverse fee as I had my proof of transferring over balance. So again, last night, I checked my account and had autopay come through, so I transferred funds and then checked my account this morning they added a $34.00 fee, and my payment transfer from the cash app is still pendin... read more
Have made multiple attempts to add myself as a joint owner of a safety deposit box only to be told upon visit that the manager is unavailable.
A good place to bank. They have been very helpful and friendly.
