Bank is very delayed with updating as if a charge is pending and I transfer finds from my cash app ect I will still receive a over draft charge even tho payment was transferred same day as transaction. I have been to the bank multiple times, and they reverse fee as I had my proof of transferring over balance. Have made multiple attempts to add myself as a joint owner of a safety deposit box only to be told upon visit that the manager is unavailable.
A good place to bank. They have been very helpful and friendly.
