Great bank! Always great service and good people. Esteban at Churn Creek recently went above and beyond to help a mutual client with his time sensitive banking needs. We recently switched banks and we know we made the right decision.

BAD experience with unprofessional service. I won't mention names, but we have never seen such a poor representation of a banking institution in our lives. Took 3 months to get a debit card and then they charged us $100 for the cards. When we went to withdraw our money we told "the person" that their service was unacceptable and the response was "Yeah I know, I'm sorry." WOW! It took 3 days of excuses to recover our money. I have been with Tri-Counties Bank since they purchased North Valley Bank. I was with North Valley Bank because of the hometown bank feeling and service. I have recently had a couple disappointing experiences with TCB in Palo Cedro. The most recent was phone contact with the current manager Ken, where he put me on hold for about 7 minutes to find out information, which I believe he should have known being the manager. The manager is extremely unprofessional. Luckily I had my receipt to prove her wrong. Make sure to always get a receipt from this bank or your money may mysteriously disappear.

These are the most incompetent people I've ever experienced in any sort of public service do not under any circumstance open an account here they shouldn't run anything except maybe a mop or a vacuum cleaner I have never seen such a collection of incompetent people in my life
