The drive up automated teller never reads the checks I'm trying to deposit. I absolutely despise having to get out of my car to use the walk up teller or enter the bank. The drive up teller told me she will not be able to make the deposit using my bank card any longer. ARGH!!! For the love. Keep the Drive up automated teller working ! PLEASE!
I was so relieved to walk in here and be treated well! The security guard was very friendly and opened the door for me. The line was short the the teller was highly professional. The officer who handled my escrow transfer was top notch, friendly and helpful! Thank you all for your professionalism and kind attention, very much appreciated!
I am so sad to see this great bank drag itself down. I have banked with them since 1998 and before in 1980s But the bank is getting TOO BIG. Not enough tellers And the phone banking system is a JOKE I'm older so it's hard to get to the bank. I used to bank on the phone,but it doesn't work well at all. And I don't trust the internet at all!! Please FIX the phone system!!!

I went with my friend today to cash 2 checks , 30 minutes later I tried to make a payment but my card got decline ! We went back to the bank . They asked who was the teller who did the transactions ,we told who it was ( she was not nice by the way) At the very end the teller who cashed the checks she ”Accidentally” withdraw $380 from my account!! and honestly when I was trying to explain them, they didn't understand me and they told me that maybe my husband had taken the money.
