Super nice people working here, very friendly; they know who you are and greet you by name. You will feel at home here, they know their stuff!!
I just like the fact that when you walk in you are welcomed by name and are personally greeted. Other banks I feel like a number.
I've used just about every bank and Fortuna . Out of all them , this is the best one. They're always friendly. They're always happy to help you. Always great customer service. You see the employees out around town they say hi ,how are you? They get to know you as a person. Couldn't be happier with this bank and the amazing employees inside of it!
The staff at this bank are really friendly and have always done everything they can to be helpful. However, I am giving this bank two stars because the online platform is unreliable at best. I can't count how many times I have been ready to login to the business portal and for one reason or another it just won't load properly or something will not work. It's a frustrating waste of time.
