This Branch has been awesome, 50 years of banking and this has been the best experience ever. I have been with TCB for over 12 years and they far exceeded any expectations I had. Luis and the crew always did a fantastic job and were always very friendly and extremely helpful. Customer Service done the right way! 10 stars, because Y'all are rock stars.

They are the greatest and most friendliest humans I have come across in a long time...they are very good at their jobs and they treat you like family not the next customer..you cannot get better banking than Tri Counties Bank...they are truly the best... I honestly have to say that this Bank on a regular basis has the worst customer service tellers ever. There is always a sense of entitlement and rudeness behind how they are speaking to customers in general. Today I had to explain the same transaction and how to process it to a teller that has helped me numerous times. Not to mention she asked for my ID which she hasn't ever done even when she was brand new to the bank and still in training...... totally totally miss the Walmart branch of my bank
Piece of junk atm. Any time one breaks, the other ones are never on. Can’t make any emergency payments because this garbage is broken. Can’t forget to mention the unnecessary sass from the workers. Switching to Golden 1, at least I can have some reliability.
