Who runs a bank by only being open 9-11:30 am? I needed to deposit my check after work and I got there at 3:55 and it was closed. They don’t convert change into paper money for you, they don’t have consistency. WHAT DOES THIS BANK ACTUALLY DO?
There is no Tri County bank branch in the damn mall. Thanks to the five or so other reviews for having nothing helpful to say about that. Pretty typical Humboldt reviews, "it's a bank" 😑
I loved North Valley !! Hate the change !! NOW SINCE THE CHANGE TO TRI COUNTIES-- The first sentence in there new mission statement, "To improve the financial stability of our shareholders "!!! There not LYIN" ---------------------sorry folks lowering the rating!!! tri counties is no match for north valley, new policies suck switching to credit union asap!!!!!
Love Tri Counties Bank, I don't have any of the problems that other people are complaining about. But I do read the fine print.
Horrible bank, there are always problems and the tellers make mistakes all time.
