Everyone at the bank is helpful and friendly. I've been with them for 15 years and am always treated with respect and courtesy.
Ok so I don’t have an account here or anything but went in expecting good customer service as I’m accustomed to I guess…I wanted to simply get some 50s for a hundred or two ..so I guess I was naive that banks can’t won’t usually do this if your not a customer but the lady at the teller was kind of rude honestly…. DO NOT EVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! This bank takes no responsibility for their mistakes. My husband pulled money out from the ATM one day and they didn't pull the money out of the account for for WEEKS. My husband had a lot of money in there so he didnt even notice it when he got another paycheck and started paying bills with it. He used some of the money that the bank never took and didn't know it until the bank started sending threatening letters saying he needs to pay the money back or they're going to report him to chex ... read more
To whom it may concern after being a customer for 24 years and running my business through these accounts I’ve decided to close both of my accounts today I would rather deal with a robot then deal with constant new tellers that that want to know how you got the check why the person owed you money the checks that I deposit are from rent that people pay me why were they so late in paying you then I told the teller that I don’t get into their personal life and ask those kinds of questions when they’re paying me then the teller ... read more
