I honestly didn’t want to write a good review because I didn’t want this place to get overbooked so I always have a spot in Seattle but I got to leave one because it’s too good. This is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in-in my life. I am a belly and side sleeper. Very Firm but soft. Good coffee in rooms—has a good water machine and even makes soda water which is nice but I didn’t use it much but would have a little with food. Great gym. The only downside is that their is no breakfast.
Decent hotel, pretty clean, free coffee and cool location. However, what put a damper on it is we were accused by front desk staff of making noise at 10:30, banging on the floors, dragging luggage, screaming kids, etc. This apparently a complaint from the room below us. We were immediately threatened by staff member to be asked to leave if we didn’t quiet down, basically just assumed to be guilty of what the room below accused us of. NONE of what we were accused of was actually happening, we were talking in normal voices an... read more
My stay for the most part was great. It is probably the most economical place to stay in downtown Seattle as long as you dont set your expectations too high. One thing that surprised me was a charge on my credit card when I looked back at my statement. I called the front desk today and they clarified it was a parking charge. I was not too happy that this charge was not disclosed at the time of booking and not mentioned anywhere on the site I used. And it was a substantial amount, almost close to 50% of the total amount I pai... read more
Great spot right next to the space needle. Comfy beds, clean rooms and a hot tub! Front desk staff are also very nice and helpful. Tip: they dont have breakfast but do have mini fridges and microwaves. Theres a grocery store 1 block away where you can get frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast food, yogurt, and other items.
This place is a bit rough. There was no hot water in my shower. The electrical was a bit questionable in the bathroom. There is no view of the space needle from any room(only the parking lot?). The jacuzzi was not working either. The rooms were decent and clean. For the money it was ok.
