I would like to thank all of the staff for their help and support regarding my recent booking issue. I want to make it clear that the issue was not the hotel’s fault. The is in a great location. Walking distance to the sights. And close to Pier 66. We were able to check in early so we can leave our luggage in our room. And head out walking. We only stayed one night because we had a cruise the next day. We grabbed an Uber Black SUV for $30 plus tip. To get us to the Norwegian Joy terminal pier 66. The morning front desk clerk was really nice. Hot shower. Comfy beds and cold A/c. That’s all we needed. Stay was fine.

Front desk man late in the evening last night was fantastic. Made us feel absolutely welcomed. At the end of a very long day, he really pulled through for us. Everyone else was booked out , it was midnight, and we didn't even have a reservation. The room we got was very clean and odorless. The bed was soft, the mini fridge, microwave, and A/C were all in working condition. Had a great stay! My son enjoyed the hot tub/pool/ work out room…. Bed were comfy! And for those who need a fan to sleep all night, there’s a fan only option on the heater! Perfect! I have to give a shout out to the young gentleman with the big curly hair… he was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great stay!
