Stayed at the Waterfront Beach Resort and honestly loved it. The location is unbeatable—steps from the beach with gorgeous ocean views. The rooms were clean, comfy, and felt like a true resort stay without being stuffy. The pool area was a vibe, and it was easy to actually relax here (which doesn’t always happen on “relaxing” trips). Staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt well-run. Perfect spot for a beachy getaway, staycation, or weekend reset. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel truly made a world of difference during my stay! I want to give a special shout-out to Jimmi from Security for his above-and-beyond service. He assisted me with a room delivery and a special request with such grace, making it a top priority to ensure I was taken care of. I recently stayed at the Hilton Waterfront Resort and had very mixed feelings about my experience. The property itself is beautiful and the location is excellent, it’s truly one of the biggest highlights of the stay. The resort has a great atmosphere and is in a perfect spot, which is why it was especially disappointing that the service did not match the quality of the property. This place is great with incredible customer service. We are in the midst of our stay. First, we are Diamond members and know room upgrades are hit and miss. The lady at the front desk, Paisley (I hope that’s her name. White/blonde lady) really fought for us and got us an upgrade. She prob took 5 minutes and was intently trying. If the customer service was better it would get a 4-5 star, and I want to give it a lower star rating but the hotel itself in terms of cleanliness and had everything gone smoothly would be a 4-4.5 star. … Pros: Beautiful Christmas decorations, fun Grinchmas opportunity (very limited hours), multiple food options (but quite overpriced & the grab n go panini for $18 doesn’t even come with chips or an apple), and walkable to the pier & a mall (with food options).
