The lady that I spoke to over the phone (Tara) was very nice and helpful with reservations. When we arrived, I couldn’t be more pleased with the room. It was very clean and spacious. The shower was awesome, and the record player in the room was a nice touch. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again.

A cool creatively designed venue, so many thoughtful touches and cues to the history of the buildings and area. Service is top-notch and friendly, and don't miss the fun rooftop bar space. It is a good place to catch some live music at the open air stage on the lawn, but a fun tip, you can have beverage on the roof overlooking the stage and enjoy the best of both worlds.

I stay here every time I’m in Bristol for business. James at the front desk is amazing and really brings the whole feel of the hotel together. I recommend it to my whole staff and it never disappoints. Same feel as some of the autograph collection in places like Savannah.

There's a reason this hotel won best Marriott property of the year. At one time, the building was a grocer/warehouse. It's been thoughtfully converted and still has many of the historical aspects incorporated. The staff is friendly and delightful. Each room is outfitted with a record player. In the lobby, guests are encouraged to pick as many vinyl albums as desired. Also, staff offer complimentary lavender or hotel scent oils for your diffuser. This hotel is awesome! The design of the rooms surprised us because of how cool it was. The location is close to the Hard Rock and a bunch of antique stores. Great restaurants in walking distance as well.
