Our great experience and beyond friendly service started as soon as I hit the front desk to check us in! If I could give James 10 stars, I would! He was friendly, polite, funny, and very informative! All of his restaurant recommendations were spot on! Wess was also very warm, friendly, and funny, and had some good recommendations as well! We stayed in the double queen Presidential Suite, which I highly recommended! Fabulous hotel. Great location Very clean. the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms have wounderful little extras like in room sound machines and humidifier. A record player and a cool selection of vinyls to choose from. I love the brand molten brown shower amenities. The bbq restaurant has good food and spirt options. The only negative is that the rooftop is closed on Mondays so elite rewards members can't use complementary cocktails and snacks. Nor can you use room upgrades at this location .

The look of the hotel inside & out, the attentiveness and genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the ease of getting around town walking from the hotel, the Halloween festive touches - all so very nicely done!! The lobby and hallways smelled awesome, not sure what you have in the filtration system (actually kinda smelled like the great smelling round bar soap in the room's bathroom :)) but it definitely gives the place a homey, clean feel and you folks delivered! Very nice, unique hotel, with awesome exposed brickwork. The rooftop bar is great as well. But most importantly, James at the front desk takes this place to another level. We’ve never experienced such a helpful, knowledgeable host. Compared to anywhere - including Ritz Carlton - James is absolutely top notch.

Awesome hotel the inside of the rooms is very spacious and upon check in you get an oil diffuser and record player so pretty unique. The bathrooms are nice and the showers were great with amazing smelling complimentary soaps. Free hummus from the bar upstairs upon check in and the barbecue restaurant in the same location know as Southern Crafted is amazing as well.
