Overall pleasant experience with this hotel. I would recommend staying there, especially to experience downtown Bristol. James at the front desk took great care of me with exceptional costumer service. Great rooftop bar and good BBQ restaurant in an adjacent building. Will definitely stay there again!

Both me and my girlfriend absolutely loved the hotel from start to finish even before we stepped in the door. It was perfect just like advertised plenty of parking, the nearby food was amazing, We chose the larger room which I highly recommend It was very spacious and loved how it had both a shower and bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. We both left absolutely anxious to go back again next time

Where Does One Start A Review When Everything Exceeds Your Expectations? Let me start with the “welcome”! We met James when we first entered the lobby. It was the warmest welcome from a front desk ever! James was full of information and even told us about a local bakery. DON’T BOOK ROOM 210 My stay at The Sessions Hotel, Bristol, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. While the staff was okay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. When I arrived at 3:45 PM, I was told no rooms were available and that they were still being cleaned, even though check-in was at 4 PM. I did not receive my room until after 5 PM, which was frustrating after traveling. The room itself was not properly maintained. Review by two adults: Room spacious and clean. Customer service was tremendous beyond supportive. A record player came with the room and a selection of records were available at the front lobby to swap out. Also provided scented oils for a diffuser which was in the room.
