The location of the hotel is great. It is right on the river and right downtown. It is an easy walk to Main St. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The AC/Heating unit was a little noisy. The hotel has a basic continental breakfast, nothing special. The staff was very friendly. The nightly rate seemed reasonable for this time of year. I would stay there again and recommend this hotel.

Booked the weekend here for our anniversary get away. Very nice room. Huge king bed must be an Alaskan king. Right on the river with a nice seating area to relax in. Right in town can walk to everything. Tv took some navigation to figure it out but wasn't that bad. Didn't get to the breakfast so not sure what they had. We would differently stay here again.

I want to start by saying I would not hesitate to stay at the Riverbend Hotel and Cabins again! The property is perfectly located right on a bend of the Chattahoochee River in Helen GA. It has a main hotel building and several cabins. All of the staff we talked with were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel and cabins are easily within walking distance to everything in Helen, but just enough off the main road through town to be a peaceful place to rest and recharge. First of all I would like to say the location is great to downtown and it’s nice being on the river!! The staff was super friendly and helpful But the cabins are definitely outdated the light in the bedroom had to stay on for the ceiling fan to work that’s definitely crazy who wants to sleep with a light on for the ceiling fan to work! The jet tub was nasty had a black ring in it! If updated things would be alot nicer!

We have stayed here once before but recently stayed on the 26th of March for one night. The rooms are remodeled and the location is great! Only issues we had were the bed wasn’t the most comfortable in the world and the light right outside of our room in the hall was very bright at night and had the room all lit up even with the blinds closed all the way. Other than that, the stay was great! If you have kids, it’s a great place for them to play in the sand and in the river!
