I chose this hotel for its riverfront location, and thoroughly enjoyed being by the Chattahoochee. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful during my one-night stay, which immediately made me feel welcome. Note that guests must be able to climb stairs unless staying on the first floor, where there is a ramp option from the parking lot. The cutest hotel and PERFECT location for getting around Helen! It was only a few minutes walk to get to Main Street with on site parking and to go breakfast available every morning! The staff was extremely nice and the rooms had a directory for everything there is to do around town. I requested the romance package to celebrate my husband and I’s anniversary- I was SO happy with the results. We will definitely be booking through them again come summer and Oktoberfest. Highly recommend!!!
The staff is extremely friendly! The hotel is in a perfect area near all the stores walking distance! The only thing that was an issue for our family was the bright lights at night! There was one right outside my room and even with a blanket over the entire window the room was bright all night which wasn’t good for us since we had 2 little ones. We fell in love with this place and the staff. Staff was phenomenal. Our room was clean and updated. Location is perfect. The entire hotel is cozy and quaint. We met the new GM and she went out of her way to accommodate me and my 71 year old mother and 84 year old Aunt. We will definitely be back soon
The location was perfect. Short walk to downtown. Check in was very easy and Trevor was a delight. Room was large and very clean. Mattress, I wanted to take home with me!! While they do not serve a hot breakfast, the options provided were certainly plentiful. It's was a first trip to Helen, and I would most definitely recommend this place to stay. Location, cleanliness and price, you can't go wrong!
