Incredibly friendly staff, A+ from start to finish. The on-site restaurants were excellent and made it hard to leave the property for a meal. This was my first experience utilizing the “Ritz Kids” offerings and I am fully a believer now. They made everything so easy. Looking around it made sense why so many families travel there. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, the upgrade was worth it. Absolute will go back.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba in a Club Level King Room overlooking the ocean and Palm Beach. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. Prior to our stay, I had exchanged emails with Christian, one of the Club Concierge, and he was there to personally greet us upon arrival. It was out second time. The hotel is Amazing the location i believe is in the best beach. The beach Service was so great thank to Eduardo and Esmmailin both were so nice and contantly pending of out needs. Jose from the pop bar near the pool have the best drinks! The Service at the Madero restaurant was everyday perfect! Kind people and fast Service. Hope we can be back soon!!

Excellent stay! Highly recommend. I loved the layout of the outdoor amenities. It's always nice to have a family pool and an adults only pool. The bar and restaurant by the pools was really convenient. Excellent pool and bar service.

My husband and I love this hotel so much that we came back a second time within 7 months. We celebrated our anniversary during our first trip and we just left after celebrating a birthday for our second trip. What makes this place so magical is the staff. These people are so kind, welcoming, and friendly. During these last two trips we felt like we really locked in good friends.
