Excellence We have been to the Ritz Aruba probably 16 plus times. We have only stayed at the Ritz. It has been impossible for us to switch we have thought about new properties in Aruba but just could never do it because of our extreme satisfaction with the Ritz. Without question they have the best food on the island. We actually went three nights recently. The food is superb. The service also first class. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not go wrong. I had a small problem with the time to bring out the food we ordered. They knew they were wrong. and They didn’t charge us one cent They thought we’d never go back. This is the best place in Aruba. not for kids. this time wind was a tad fast and adult pool was filthy. Still better than eating sand all day blowing in your mouth. but they can't control that. Other than that, help is fabulous and respectful. Place is top notch. not inexpensive. 😘

Was upgraded to junior suite-very nice room came with welcome amenity. Service from everyone was top notch. Full felt like RC service. Got spa treatment this was very much top notch. Was a little weird outdoor part of men’s spa was basically on a resort walkway providing almost zero privacy. Meals at hotel were very good, also the price you’d expect at high end Aruba resort. Returned for our 4th trip 4 years in a row. Just as great as the last 3 stays. The best hotel in Aruba as it is at the end of the beach and nice and peaceful/relaxing. BLT Steak at the Ritz is one of the best restaurants on the island. Rooms perfect and great view. Staff makes the difference here.
