My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba in a Club Level King Room overlooking the ocean and Palm Beach. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. My husband and I love this hotel so much that we came back a second time within 7 months. We celebrated our anniversary during our first trip and we just left after celebrating a birthday for our second trip. What makes this place so magical is the staff. These people are so kind, welcoming, and friendly. During these last two trips we felt like we really locked in good friends. My wife and I go there every year, actually, this year we did go twice. And it's always getting better. We have the upstairs concierge service. Restaurant at the top. I love it. It's definitely worth doing the service at the pool is excellent. The staffing all the way around keeps improving all the time. I don't think I met anybody that didn'tsay. Hi, how are you or are you having a good time? Is there anything else we can do for you? That's this level of service that I expect, and that's what we get.
