It is challenging to determine which date was the highlight of our stay. The incredible hospitality we received as soon as we exited the taxi, the professional and welcoming demeanor of the staff, or the room we were assigned, which boasted a stunning view of the ocean. easily one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. it was so good we're considering returning again next year. from initial contact before arrival from Rosetti, to check-in with Alfredo, to the staff throughout the stay including Janette during breakfast and David checking-in at the beach, we were thoroughly impressed and it felt like a personalized experience as everyone knew our names. It's great, but when hanging out in a cabana or sitting somewhere, trying to enjoy yourself, the attendants stop by and ask if you need anything or are okay way too often. I was alone in a cabana for one hour and I was asked if everything was fine almost 20 times. In one hour. I almost said to leave me alone. They have little flags that you're supposed to raise if you want service, the flag was down the entire time. So them trying to provide the best service is disruptive to the guests. Maybe it's just me.

The customer service was top tier. Every single person we met in Aruba was beyond kind and friendly. It truly is, One Happy Place. Every room at the Ritz has an ocean view which is to live for! The food was good as well. The people truly make the place. I plan to visit again.
