Overview - I’m not necessarily unhappy but I would not return or recommend for how much money we spent. This is a “luxury” spa that felt no where near luxurious. My friend and I did have a good time, but we would have a good time anywhere. I would buckle up this is going to be a long one. General PSA before review - please bring a bathing suit! Birthday spa day for three of us...champagne & chocolate covered strawberries were a very welcome and refreshing treat! Every single staff member was very pleasant and friendly. The robes are luxurious but the temperature is a bit too high for such robes. The massages and facial were good but a bit pricey.
I had an amazing experience with the staff at Rittenhouse Spa Tiffany was helpful on the phone ! Allison and Nicholas and one other person whos name I didn’t get at the spa desk were spot on! And MY PEDICURE WITHOUT NIKKI was AMAZING!! We clicked right away and they gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had! I will be back !
I booked services for three for my daughter’s birthday. The massages were divine- feeling relaxed three days later. Thanks Joe! My daughter raved about her facial. The facilities were beautiful, spotless and very relaxing. The staff was incredible; friendly and accommodating. Sending a special thank you to Tiffany, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure the day was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much!! We’ll be back soon!
I got a facial with Lana and a haircut with Dillian . The facial was incredible. I didn't want it to be over. Lana was super attentive and tailored the facial to my skin and body needs . Dillian was professional and friendly. I am usually the worst critic when it comes to getting my haircut. I walked away very satisfied and I feel great. I look much better than when I walked in. The spa facilities are very clean , relaxing, and accommodating .
