I had the most incredible spa day from start to finish. Nicole at the front desk planned and coordinated the entire day perfectly. She knew exactly what I needed and made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and happy throughout every part of the experience! Every service was top quality. I went here with a group to celebrate our friends birthday. I will start off with the positive every staff member I know encountered were very friendly and helpful. The menu items were limited but the shrimp were very good. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. The locker room is empty small and it felt like you were on top of the other person with just 5 people in the area at once. Some of the lockers were not in service and the space was very limited. As others reviews noted, the service at the Rittenhouse Spa is "god awful." A friend gave me a gift card to this spa. They took her money and never sent me the gift. She gave me her receipt and I called to book a couple's massage for my wife's birthday, three weeks before the day. An employee (Allison) told me they'd have to check availability and call me back. No-one called me back. When I called again a few days later, nearly all the times for her birthday were booked. Apparently the spa can't recruit enough massage therap... read more

My friend and I booked massages to celebrate our birthdays. I received my massage from Porter (with hot stones) and it was quite possibly the best massage I've ever received (and I get massages monthly). I wish there was more to the facilities or just more space in general for relaxing, but my friend and I enjoyed the steam room, the pool, the relaxation/waiting area, and the outdoor area in the 2 hours before our appointments. I purchased my mother a massage for her birthday, her therapist Porter in her words was absolutely amazing! The reason for my 3 star review was due to over hearing the lady at the front desk Ashley,being rude to another employee, she was very passive aggressive, I am adamant she did not realize we where there, but you should always treat the people you work with, with the same respect as your guests.
