I had the luxury of spending my Birthday 🥳 at the Rittenhouse Spa Club… From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Ashlee, ( warm, kind, inviting, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous,) Ashlee really set the tone for the day… She gave me a tour of the facility and a glass of champagne 🥂. Swanky place on Rittenhouse square. Spa is combined with salon. Massage was eh...average at best. But you can use the sauna, steam room, gym and pool. Pool is a huge plus IMO.

Total relaxation from the moment you walk in—the spa is serene and the treatments are top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel pampered. It’s my favorite escape when I need to unwind.

Overview - I’m not necessarily unhappy but I would not return or recommend for how much money we spent. This is a “luxury” spa that felt no where near luxurious. My friend and I did have a good time, but we would have a good time anywhere. I would buckle up this is going to be a long one. General PSA before review - please bring a bathing suit! I’ve been burned with spas advertising hotel pools that ended up not being open to spa guests, so we didn’t bring any. We sat with our feet in which was nice! This is not factored in... read more

My experience at the spa was definitely a strange one. When I checked in the guy noticed I had been there before and asked if I remembered where all of the facilities were. I told him no since it had been a year. He walked me to a door, waved me in and pointed to where the women’s locker room and lounge were. Absolutely no further guidance or instructions whatsoever, and he went back to the desk and closed the door behind me.
