Everyone is putting in max effort here. The rooms have everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The breakfast was well attended and delicious. They have a pool and hot tub so don't forget your swim trunks!
Great service in clean comfortable hotel. Short walk to the lift or the great Abraham will give you a ride in the free shuttle. Breakfast was solid.
Amazing location to stay if you want to be in the mountain village area. Area is very walkable to bike trails, ski lifts, restaurants, and some shopping. Short drive to city center for more shopping. Walkable area for bike rentals, if needed. Hotel was very clean with nice, quiet rooms. Hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub, with three additional hot tubs outside. Love that the resort supports J-1 international program. Lodge has a lovely lobby & great views. It’s pass due for renovations (bathroom ceilings stained, wallpaper pealing, lumpy mattress). The night stand & coffee area appeared to have spilled sticky liquids. Felt some irritation while sitting on sofa, so we sprayed room (linen, sofa & carpet) with Lysol. The hotel allows pets that more likely rest on the furniture. For the remote location, in August, the room was overpriced.
It was a great hotel. Only complaint was the bed was so hard that it was really uncomfortable to sleep on and the pool was extremely cold freezing. I sat in the pool for a few minutes and I could not even move because it was so cold. But other than that, it was a great hotel. The elevator is very slow too it was a bit frustrating. Also I was trying to do laundry here, and they had one that was out of order.
