This place is incredible. So clean and a beautiful place to stay! The best part was definitely the staff who were ALL so kind and friendly, always smiling and greeting you warmly. They made the experience so enjoyable! The breakfast was wonderful and Abraham did a great job making sure we were all taken care of. We loved the coffee and tea station too! Thank you!
Nice newer building. Room had 3 beds in it. Weird to be in the basement with a window that didn't open. Pool was solid and warm. Three outdoor hottubs is nice but 1 is so hot its not usable. nice breakfast area and food selection. Staff were helpful. The only complaint is that it was so expensive for mid week in February - $600USD a night!
Service was pretty good. Outside of not getting turn down service or fresh towels once in the three day stay. The location is pretty good and walkable to the mountain. The room was awful. Wall paper falling down, holes in the wall, hole in the column. It’s nothing to write home about. Breakfast is yogurt or a pastry or cereal. Skip the eggs or meat. We got over charged for this place. I would say 150-200/night would be fair.
The service we experienced at the lodge was unlike anything I had ever seen. I would love to give it eight stars if I could! Aaron, Abraham, and Karla provided the most incredible and delightful experiences that I have probably ever encountered at a hotel. They did such a good job that their boss should give them all raises!! The complementary breakfast was excellent as well! Each day had a little variety from the previous day. Relatively reasonably priced location adjacent to the mountain. Incredible staff and included breakfast. It's a short walk to the base of the mountain but there is also a shuttle at opening and closing of the lifts. Lounge and hot tubs are wonderful. Absolutely recommendes
