Service was pretty good. Outside of not getting turn down service or fresh towels once in the three day stay. The location is pretty good and walkable to the mountain. The room was awful. Wall paper falling down, holes in the wall, hole in the column. It’s nothing to write home about. Breakfast is yogurt or a pastry or cereal. Skip the eggs or meat. We got over charged for this place. I would say 150-200/night would be fair.
The service we experienced at the lodge was unlike anything I had ever seen. I would love to give it eight stars if I could! Aaron, Abraham, and Karla provided the most incredible and delightful experiences that I have probably ever encountered at a hotel. Nice newer building. Room had 3 beds in it. Weird to be in the basement with a window that didn't open. Pool was solid and warm. Three outdoor hottubs is nice but 1 is so hot its not usable. nice breakfast area and food selection. Staff were helpful. The only complaint is that it was so expensive for mid week in February - $600USD a night!
Mistakes happen — what matters is how they’re handled and they didn’t even try. Unsanitary and mismanaged, housekeeping did something disgusting and unhygienic, not once but twice! I hand-washed my thermal pants, hung them to dry on an inside bar in the shower. The clothes were black, clearly visible, easily avoidable, but the cleaning crew stuck the dirty, moldy shower curtain INSIDE my drying pants. Such a great place to stay for skiing at Big Sky. The service was outstanding, especially from Aaron and Abraham. They made our stay great, helping us with whatever we needed. Will definitely be back.
