The hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. I was there during the shoulder season as an overnight stop on a road trip. There's not much do to up the hill when everything at Big Sky Resort is closed, but the town is still cool and the hotel is nice.
We had a great time. The staff is super-attentive. We got a free upgrade. The room had an awesome view. We didn't have noise problems. Room was huge and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tubs. Always a friendly drink at the bar for a good price. Shuttle to the resort or you can walk 5 min. Breakfast was good, not amazing, but filling. Hopefully back soon.
First time in Montana, and the Lodge was incredible. The amenities were a solid 10. Special shout out to Abraham and Aaron—not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also treated us like friends/family. They even invited us to play board games with them. They definitely made our stay so much more enjoyable!
We have never encountered staff that were so friendly, helpful and so invested in making sure our stay was incredible. Carla at the front desk was exactly what every hotel needs! Abraham who drove the shuttle, and manned the breakfast, worked like a machine with the friendliest demeanor possible. Gustavo was equally as attentive. The property was spotless. They keep changing their charges and checkin and fees. Each time I had to pay different services and 3 out of 4 times I paid full charges plus $50 incidental but the last time I had to pay remainder at checkin. I was also not charged for parking my first stay in November 2024 and had to pay for parking subsequent visits. I feel their operations are shady or they do not have a good relationships with aggregate 3rd party booking services.
