I have been to the inn on many occasions as an ambassador for my events, and I have to say it is exceptional every time I come. The food, service, and atmosphere has always been some of the best experiences I have had, and it makes the time I spend worth it. I wanted to give props to my servers today: Crystal and James. I have been to the Inn seven or eight times for conferences and have loved each experience. The staff is kind and attentive. The room is always clean and well taken care of, and the campus is beautiful.

Beautiful facility! I can't speak to the hotel side but we were there for a VT information session on the conference room side. We were provided with a nice snack bar for our session. Facility was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Staying here was great! Really convenient in distance to Downtown Blacksburg and Virginia Tech! The building is split into a hotel, restaurant (Preston's), and a conference/business area. The rooms were very spacious and accessible for those who need. Comfortable beds, great TV, plus a mini-fridge and coffee machine. Bathrooms were pretty spacious. Staff at the front desk are extremely kind and helpful. The 24 hour gym is good as well. Breakfast is not included.

If you have business at VT, this is the place to stay. Small enough feel to be homey. Rooms were good (speakman shower heads - if you know what I’m talking about, then you know). Restaurant was solid (Cobia was delicious!). Staff was very attentive and friendly!
