Wonderful stay here for the honeymoon! Our room was upgraded and to a king suit higher up in the tower for our celebration. The room was wonderful, and like the rest of the hotel, so tastefully designed. We had a great view of LA and the Hollywood hills. The Byredo soap was a nice touch. Everything was so safe and clean. We loved our stay and the charm of the environment.

Had a great stay at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel during Halloween week. This hotel is stunning and gives you that old Hollywood vibe property-wide. It has a vintage feel to it that makes it so special and worth a visit. The hotel staff were polite and we had some great interactions with their staff. We ate at many of the restaurants at the hotel including 25 Degrees and Tropicana Cafe and both were excellent, pricey but worth it. So the hotel is really nice. Beautiful lobby and definitely a historic venue. That being said, the elevators are slow as heck and the staff uses them too so they often take a hot minute. Give your staff a dedicated elevator! The room was clean and nice. The robes were scratchy and felt like a wool sweater. There was also 2 completely blank walls which made it feel like a hospital room. Then there was 1 tiny picture on the wall by the bed and it wasn't even centered. We loved our 3 night stay in this iconic Hollywood landmark hotel . The service is fine ( not amazing) and they were kind enough to move us to a poolside cabana due to the noise levels of our initial room . I find though the lighting in common areas while moody and atmospheric , is just too dark . Likewise in the room , it's difficult to see. The pool and pool bar are the primary attractions at this hotel, we had an amazing afternoon by the pool . I left swim trunks in our room that we changed from that were never recovered... read more

Overall a great hotel. The rooms are amazing. We stayed in the tower suites, which are spacious and super nice. The pool cabana rooms are probably very noisy just in case you are considering them. I lived the pool and the Spare Room bar with a 2 lane bowling alley and loads of fun board games to play for free. I could not give 5 stars as the hotel did not have a concierge available over the weekend and on Mondays and reception was unwilling to help with anything.
