My husband and I stayed at the Henry for one night to celebrate our anniversary, and it was such a great experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The design, the ambiance, and the overall feel made it the perfect place for a special occasion. Eric truly made our stay memorable. I would like to say thank you to the staff at this hotel for being so kind and providing my family with a first class experience. My daughter Devin turned 16 and she stayed the entire weekend. You guys upgraded her suite. She enjoyed your pool and hot tub and she enjoyed the restaurant on-site TRIA. You guys surprised her with a slice of cake in her room. This hotel is near the Ford Museum and is an older property that has been renovated nicely. Rooms were comfy and quiet and had been updated not long ago. Restaurant had a great signature burger. They also have banquet halls for weddings. The customer service I received went above and beyond from the front desk to room service, something that has gotten rarer and rarer these days, I really appreciated it.
My stay at The Henry was nice! All the staff was nice and all of the amenities were nice and clean. I stayed here Valentines Day weekend and even with all the traffic everything was great! I did get a chance to try room service my first night and I must admit It was good. The staff, atmosphere, food, and amenities were great!
I was disappointed with my stay. The room was ok, but housekeeping was terrible. They regularly left trash in my room as well as leaving dirty washcloths on the floor of the shower. One day I came back to my room and found a wet towel laid on top the bed! The comforter was soaked! Unfortunately the service issues were not just with housekeeping.
