Excellent high tea available daily, but make reservations, as they bake for the reservations that morning. Excellent scones! Great value. Terrific service. Jamal did a lovely job.

The location is excellent, very close to public transit and walking distance to lots of attractions, restaurants, entertainment! We loved the atmosphere and design of the hotel, very classic and elegant. the staff were very welcoming and professional. we arrived early and were upgraded to a beautiful suite. the rooms are beautifully and classically decorated, comfortable and clean. the staff were extremely cordial and accomodating when we picked up our bags. Our stay at the Henley hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the doorman greeted us so warmly and set the tone for the entire visit. At the front desk, Oscar , and Brhanu made check-in quick and easy, while also taking the time to answer our questions and offer great local recommendations. I had a last minute work trip and the Henley Park Hotel was conveniently located in proximity to my client. It’s an old building, but it was pretty well maintained. I didn’t see any chipping or peeling paint, the grounds were well kept, and the lobby and sitting area well appointed. My room was small, but the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size, and there was no waiting at all for hot water in the morning. Booked the Henly for 6 nights for a work conference. Horrible experience. Finishing out last night but only because we have to. 1. Mice... tonight (day 5) mouse in the room. had to relocate rooms. 2. my wife ordered the french onion soup for the restaurant, there was a piece of cloth in it 3. the internet is not existent, barely can browse the web 4. bathroom toilets are hilariously low to the ground. never seen this before this hotel. 5. AC wasnt able to control room temp, auto shutoff AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS.
