Definitely not the experience that was expected, especially for a Southlake restaurant. 1. Was in a group of 4 and I did not see any other tables and somehow brunch took over 2 hours 2. We were given breakfast menus at our 1130 reservation, but when we were finally ordering we were told they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. 3. None of us loved our food - which was not served hot. We tried the Thanksgiving Brunch at the Henley located in the Southlake Hilton and were more than pleasantly surprised. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food selections were incredible and quite delicious. You can also order an omelet cooked to order. We left more than satisfied!

From the moment we arrived Welles took care of us and throughout the stay we had exemplary service. We have stayed at Hilton’s around the world and this one will be in my top 5. The room was wonderful, food amazing and pool outstanding. The Fourth of July brought many challenges but they made it look easy. Thank you Southlake Hilton for making our stay a fabulous memory.

Dined at The Henley Kitchen and Bar with a group of about 15. The meal was served buffet-style, and overall it was… fine. Nothing terrible, but nothing particularly memorable either. The Mexican elements were actually pretty solid—quesadillas in particular—but then the buffet took a strange turn with add-ons like smoked Gouda mac and cheese and sweet potatoes. The Henley at the Hilton Southlake Town Square absolutely delivered. I sat at the bar and started with the smoked old fashioned, and it was one of the better cocktail presentations I’ve had in a long time. The drink looked great, had the right amount of smoke, and tasted even better than it looked. For dinner, I had the 10 oz steak with the mashed sweet potatoes on the side.
