Beyond expectations! I was unaware the restaurant at the Hilton Southlake changed. We booked a room for the weekend and decided to stay on property to dine. We enjoyed fabulous cocktails, the exceptional Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer and two entrees. The salmon was prepared perfectly and the sweet potato hash was amazing. My bf had the ribeye and it was also delicious. Heather was the best. She checked on us throughout our dining and made sure all requests were met.

I am surprised by the positive reviews. We dined on a Saturday night and they only had 2 waiters for the entire restaurant so I can forgive the long wait time. That being said our wait time to put in our order and be served food was well over two hours. I could have accepted the wait time if the food was amazing but it was anything but. It almost appeared as though they ran out of salt. The pasta had absolutely no flavor and the crab inside tasted like old crab from a can. The shrimp appetizer was the only decent part... read more

I took my Mother for Mothers Day Brunch. We had a great time and enjoyed all the fabulous food. They were offering Prime Rib and had Several food stations… omelette, salad, vegetables, bread, Desserts, and even a Kids station. Also bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. All of the staff were very pleasant and we were given a Rose when we left. They really made us feel special!! We will definitely be back soon!!

I attended a business dinner at The Henley, and it was a great experience overall, with one exception. The food was outstanding. The Bang Bang Shrimp was flavorful, and the appetizer platter—an artistic combination of fruit, cheese, jam, and meats—offered an interesting mix of unique flavors. For my main course, I had the 8 oz filet, which was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth. WORST AND NONEXISTENT SERVICE. I got seated promptly for breakfast for a table of 6. A server walked by to provide 5 sets of silverware, setting them down at the other empty seats except mine (my 5 guests weren’t there yet). I sat for 8 minutes and no one wanted to serve me coffee even though a waitress walked by me with a coffee carafe, made eye contact as I smiled at her, and she just kept walking.
