Went in for our anniversary and had a lovely time. Food is phenomenal, probably the best in the area but also some of the best we’ve had. A lot of attention to detail, even the greens under the scotch eggs were perfectly cooked. We had the burrata, scotch eggs, shrimp and grits and venison. Ended with a lovely flourless chocolate torte that was perfectly balanced. Considering going back for brunch as well. Great service and awesome views of the river.
My wife and I came here to celebrate our honeymoon and all I can say is great things. The drinks were outstanding, the food was even better, my wife and I had the filet, potatoes , Brussels sprouts and mac n cheese and all of it was to die for. Will honestly say one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Melt in your mouth type. Hannah and Lya were our servers/waitresses and they were on top of the drinks like clockwork because I drink a lot lol and one was always ready. Thanks for a great honeymoon dinner!
We had dinner here for our anniversary. Wonderful atmosphere and very friendly service! Our meals were wonderful- pork chop and chicken. View of the river was pleasant. I would highly recommend!
Truly the place to eat if you are in Gatlinburg. You are surrounded by so many touristy restaurants and pancake spots. If you are looking for quality food, well thought-out cocktails (even the mocktails), and classy atmosphere, I would highly recommend going to Heirloom Room. We were a group of six adults. What an amazing dining experience! The ambiance, the service, and the food! Oh the food!! My husband literally made me promise to make sure my review mentioned that the 32 oz. Tomahawk Ribeye steak he had was the BEST steak that he has ever had (and he eats a lot of steak!). I would highly recommend the potato cakes, they were a great way to start our meal!
