Trouble with the elevator, it was broken. Had to pay per car per day even though rooms were double occupancy. Sad they nickel and dime on basic services that most other hotel give freely. Renovations at this location have been going on for quite a while. Really nice pool and deck area but not one chair is even offered. Poorly run

The only thing I liked about staying here is it was affordable, the guy at the front desk was really friendly, and it was a 2 minute drive to the beach you could walk it if you wanted to. But the rooms smelled like mold and mildew, the parking garage was the most crazy maze I've ever drove through and there was construction on the pool from daylight to 10pm which was not advertised so no use of the pool. Awful room, but we had to book literally last minute at midnight due to an Airbnb snafu. The front desk woman was friendly and kind but still looking for my deposit to be refunded. The room was...fine. The linens were clean but I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot on the carpets. It was a place to lay your head at night and gtfo the next day.

Looking at the reviews I was really worried about my stay . But to my surprise this wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be . Yes this hotel is undergoing construction so elevator was dusty . But the room we got was clean and neat . They have onsite parking for $15 everything went smooth . For the money that we paid and we just stayed a night this hotel was good .

Great location in downtown Hollywood! Currently under renovation. Looks like it will be great when it's finished. Room we had I think was only half done... But clean and quiet. Lots of stuff to do in the area.
