The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the lobby and by the pool as both were very nice as well. The indoor bar had an inviting atmosphere, and the food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations. Having said that, there are a lot of nice restaurants and nightlife nearby. Although my wife and I enjoy hiking, it's too hot this time of year for that. Hence, we took advantage of the hotel amenities during the day and went out in the evenings. I'm organizing a family reunion that we're planning to have at The Eddy. A couple of attendees (including myself) encountered some confusion about reservations made on the website. The Eddy has been extremely responsive. I specifically want to mention the Director of Sales, Bonnie St. Dryden, who got everything working right for us. Bonnie has taken care of everything so fast, it's exactly what customer service should be. Thanks again for your help, Bonnie!

I'll start with the fact that I typically only leave reviews when things are excellent. If bad I let management know personally so they can correct the issue. I am HH Diamond and travel for work. I'm in Tucson every month at least and just happened upon The Eddy in my app search, and had not seen this hotel before. My first impression as I drove up was just wow! I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the recent experience I had as a guest at The Eddy, a property under the Hilton umbrella. My stay, which was meant to be a somber visit to be with my grandmother in end-stage hospice, was marred by a series of unfortunate incidents that highlight serious deficiencies in the hotel's management and customer service. we stayed there recently for four nights. 3 out of the 4 nights the heat quit working. we reported the problem and was assured that the problem was fixed. empty shampoo station in the shower and missing body wash. felt like our concerns fell on deaf ears!!
