RecommendedThe rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the lobby and by the pool as both were very nice as well. The indoor bar had an inviting atmosphere, and the food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations. Having said that, there are a lot of nice restaurants and nightlife nearby. Although my wife and I enjoy hiking, it's too hot this time of year for that. Hence, we took advantage of the hotel amenities during the day and went out in the evenings. RecommendedI'm organizing a family reunion that we're planning to have at The Eddy. A couple of attendees (including myself) encountered some confusion about reservations made on the website. The Eddy has been extremely responsive. I specifically want to mention the Director of Sales, Bonnie St. Dryden, who got everything working right for us. Bonnie has taken care of everything so fast, it's exactly what customer service should be. Thanks again for your help, Bonnie!

we stayed there recently for four nights. 3 out of the 4 nights the heat quit working. we reported the problem and was assured that the problem was fixed. empty shampoo station in the shower and missing body wash. felt like our concerns fell on deaf ears!!
