I dinned in for breakfast, and the food was below average. My steak was pretty much cold. The server was completely checked out. Go to this restaurant with low expectations.
Went here for restaurant week. The prefix menu was really delicious. Everything that came out was well plated and delicious. Both the flatbed and the wings were so flavorful. The salmon was perfectly done. While the sauce on the chicken, I could not get enough of it! The dessert was a chocolate cake that was rich and decadent. So delicious and the service was really impeccable. Would definitely recommend!
Fun place, cool vibe, a bit historic with the pump room and lots of pictures of older famous people. Classy joint with a nice bartender. One negative is their wanting trip advisor ratings. Smash burger was tasty and the Croatian bartender was a good man on that Saturday night before Halloween
I had a wonderful time staying here. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with windows that had a great view of the city and lake. The lobby is gorgeous and the bar had a great vibe for grabbing a couple of drinks. The bartender Armani was friendly and knowledgable. I will be staying here again next time I'm in Chicago!
My wife and I were driving past this spot and I don't know why, there was something about this spot that had me stop and look at it online; and I'm so glad I did. The next day when my wife was at a work dinner, I though of treating myself here. Sometimes you have to treat yourself to a good time too! It was a spectacular experience.
