Perfect Stay – Exceeded Expectations! I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. What I liked: Central location — only about 15 minutes on foot from the Moscone Center and close to shops. Smooth check-in process with no major issues. Friendly and polite staff who greeted us regularly. The hotel has an elevator, which was helpful. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large. There is 24-hour front desk coverage, and the entrance is monitored for security. The location is quite convenient. It's located at a walking distance to Union Square and Moscone center. The tram line is close by. The external appearance is a bit run down and the corridors are a bit musty and gloomy. The room was cleaned well daily and had all the amenities that we needed including hair dryer, iron and a functioning TV. The hotel offers free wifi, but quite frequently there was no internet. Rooms are small Black out blinds not good enough Beds are too short Beds are plush and firm Our room has 2 beds one is firm other plush Clean rooms Area is ok not too bad, but at night little bad, although its close to union square but since its to the west of it, there are a few homeless Excellent value for price paid! One elevator, secure safe front lobby Door locked and need to buzz in to get in 24/7

Very good overall. Clean rooms, and this option worked within my company’s budget. I had meetings at the Hilton hotel across the street and this worked perfectly. 5 stars.
