This was our second stay, the first was 4 years ago. Our experience was great both times! The property is very well kept, looking clean and polished. They have cozy touches around the property to feel more serene and relaxing. Our room was impeccably clean, and set for a cozy getaway with robes laid out. **EDIT OF REVIEW** Unfortunately, we were only able to use the hot tub once because of it leaking. When we got into our room we notified the front desk of the hot tub leaking from the bottom and were informed they didn't have anyone that could look at it but would note the concern on our account. After the one time we used the hot tub the water level was to low to turn the jets on (we both had to be in it the 1st time to raise the level enough but that was fine since we both wanted to soak our pains away) but by 5am when we ... read more

The view and room was gorgeous. I was not a fan of the parking. But there is plenty. The tub takes a ridiculous amount of water and time to fill up especially if you want to use the jets. You have to fill the water above all of them. Very relaxing though. The fireplace thermostat combo was not my favorite. You set it 5 degrees more and then the fireplace turns on. My room was already *really* warm. But I wanted the fireplace on. To have it on will melt you. I will be going back for sure.

First time staying....celebrating my 50th birthday and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The 5th floor corner Nautica room was so clean, no smells, nicely furnished, remodeled bathroom with walk in shower, and the jacuzzi tub was so relaxing! The staff was SOOO NICE and accommodating. I was very impressed with everything, THE OCEAN FRONT VIEW WAS MY FAVORITE!! We plan to make this our go to spot in Lincoln City.

Second stay in a nautical room, stayed here maybe two years ago when they were still doing renovations and at the time the nautical room had a funky smell(not the case now). Even then I swore I had left a 5 star review. For the price, location, view and hotel being adult only great for a that "get away from the kids weekend", love the jacuzzi tub in the room used it multiple times, the sound of the ocean with just a sliding glass door open .
