We stayed at the Art Ovation Hotel this week for a work meeting, and everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was truly outstanding from start to finish. A special highlight of our trip was our shuttle driver, Richard (“Rich”). He went above and beyond in every way. When one of our group started feeling under the weather, Rich was kind enough to take us to Walgreens to grab sinus medication. This place is one of the coolest, most unique, and welcoming hotels around. The staff makes the experience even better. When you arrive and are greeted by a valet team as welcoming as Adam, Jay, and the rest of the crew, it’s hard to imagine it getting better, but it does. The lobby restaurant, Tzeva, is wonderful, and having rental cars on site, including options for one-way trips to the airport, is a unique and convenient service. I can’t wait to come back and rent the Lamborghini!

We came over here from east coast for a weekend get away for my husbands birthday. I made a note in the reservations about his birthday and omg! The staff took that note and RAN with it! From the cupcakes in the room to every single staff member saying happy birthday to him EVERY time they saw him they made his weekend so extra special! I will tell you what we have never met such a nice group of valet guys!! The hotel lobby was exquisite and the check in process was seamless. The valet (the man with the mustache specifically ) was SUPER friendly and went above and beyond for us. Front desk was very friendly to our toddler and accommodating. My only gripe is the rooms were not very clean, a lot of dust to the point we were congested every night and there were stains on the furniture and when we left congestion all went away. Hotel is in a fantastic location in downtown Sarasota. Only knock I’ll give this place is they did not inform us of the pool bar and parties that take place on the rooftop. It’s a great bar and pool, but if traveling with families, ensure a lower floor is selected
