Overall experience: not worth the money or hassle. 4 cupcakes for 25 dollars. 1/3 of the cupcakes had a 2 dollar up charge even though it says 4 cupcakes for 20 dollars. Cupcakes were dry but tasty. Very poor ordering system. They require you to order from an iPad even though an employee is standing right there watching you order. Seems like they are moving towards the Crumbl cookie method. Purchased a cupcake and 2 chocolate bars and was charged $29.05 but the machine only gave me the cupcake and not the red velvet and salted caramel chocolate bar I ordered. Very disappointed for being charged this much for only one cupcake

My son and I tried the Sprinkles cupcake vending machine at the UTC Mall on Saturday October 15th. What a cool experience! It was fun watching the cupcakes roll out onto the little dispenser and lower down into the tray one by one. We waited until we got home to eat them for our dessert after dinner. I got the red velvet and my son got the vanilla. Each cupcake was perfectly proportioned with the cake-to-icing ratio. Cool idea with the vending machine, but the cupcakes are pretty weak compared to the in store ones in my opinion. Cupcake came our upside down which also messed up the frosting. I'd check out another dessert place if you're in the area.

My kids And I went on a mission to find this, FYI it is NOT next to Starbucks. It is next to the Macy's in front of the playground across from Veggie Grill! Happy Cupcake hunting! Enjoy❤️
