Great location while visiting the Irvine Spectrum. They had all cupcake flavors available and even the pup cupcakes!! I tried the Sticky Toffee! Which I was so happy I chose that one and not my normal go to!! It was delicious!!! I also got my husband his favorite, strawberry. And I got our doggies their pup cupcakes!! They loved them!! Customer service was great and quick. Everyone was in and out very quickly.
I haven't had a bad cupcake here so I can't say anything bad. I just had the new Oreo cupcake and it honesty hit my #1 favorite now. .
New Sprinkles location at Irvine Spectrum was 5 stars in all regards except ordering was too impersonal. Greeting with a smile would be nice and also when in person ordering cupcakes a screen to wait 5-15 minutes when the employee needs to just grab the cupcake and give it to you makes no sense. Visited the Irvine Spectrum Sprinkles for the first time. Great atmosphere and good service. I ordered two (2) cupcakes. The Vanilla was pretty good. However, the Protein Power Up was appalling. The cake flavor and texture weren't great; a tough texture overall and the wrapper wouldn't remove cleanly. I had to pull it off in pieces, a few at a time. At times, digging into the cake to get the paper wrapper off. Sprinkles should pull this cupcake from the menu. This is NOT a good flavor selection at all.
I ordered mini cupcakes for an event. The staff were kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and helped us plan and procure the right items for the event. Kayla in particular went above and beyond to ensure the experience was seamless. The mini cupcakes were tasty too! 10/10 recommend!
