When ever AMN is in Orange County for signings, we always stop here for sweet treats. Deliciously fresh moist flavorful delights. Impeccable service keep it up.
I honestly love this place. The moment you walk in you smell cupcakes, and the workers always greet you as you walk in. They have IPads to order, which make it easier to see the varieties of flavors. My personal Favorite, and my friends favorite one, is the Gluten Free Red Velvet, which is delicious! Would totally recommend to come here, their cupcakes are fresh and taste delicious.
New Sprinkles location at Irvine Spectrum was 5 stars in all regards except ordering was too impersonal. Greeting with a smile would be nice and also when in person ordering cupcakes a screen to wait 5-15 minutes when the employee needs to just grab the cupcake and give it to you makes no sense. Sprinkles has sure changed since they first opened. Dang, Candace, prices went up and cake portion went WAY down. I was shocked at the ratio of frosting to cake especially since the "cupcake queen" is on a show and she literally comments on the bakers cake to frosting ratio and she's doing the SAME thing. Not worth paying $40 for 6 cupcakes. Just make your own.
Sprinkles had some pretty good cupcakes. I got the Christmas Cookie & it was pretty good. A little bit too sweet for me, but I'm sure others would love the sweetness. If I go next time, I would probably get the Salted Caramel or the Triple Cinnamon. A bit expensive. The cupcake I got was $5.50, which is quite expensive considering the size of the cupcake was the size of an average cupcake. Overall, good cupcake, a bit too sweet for my likings but it was scrumcious, & on the more expensive side.
